Her finance work has covered such assignments as Sarbanes Oxley implementation, full operational profit & loss responsibility for major accounts, and the preparation of commercial proposals for multi-million international contracts.
Regulatory Regimes - Took over the stalled implementation requirements of Sarbanes Oxley Section 404 (Internal Controls) within a UK subsidiary that was required, within 3 months, to under go a full internal audit to demonstrate compliance. Judy's work achieved an 80% internal audit score compared to a norm of 45 - 50%.
Performance Management with Innovative Scorecard - Created a scorecard to regulate the 100% performance-related profit fee of a major contract with Shell (US$ 33 million). This required the application of delicate strategic planning to operational and frontline activity in a sensitive, inclusive and comprehensible manner involving management and staff spread across 15 offshore locations, 3 office complexes in Scotland and two gas plants. In its first year the contract achieved a (US$ 2.7million) reduction in cost while improving service delivery standards and customer satisfaction.
Account Management - Held full Profit & Loss responsibility for a major facilities management contract with Shell Exploration & Production (valued at US$ 4 million per annum) working out of Shell's Aberdeen HQ with 1,500 personnel on site and a service delivery team of 160 personnel. Credited with directing the seamless mobilization of a raft of 22 innovative new services to the site, Judy was awarded the In-house Star Team Award (1996) across the specialist business division of Sodexo.
